Previous Standards for Clearing and Settlement Facilities
On 29 March 2013, the Reserve Bank revoked the previous Financial Stability Standard for Central Counterparties and Financial Stability Standard for Securities Settlement Facilities, in accordance with subsection 827D(8) of the Corporations Act 2001. The previous standards were determined on 30 May 2003, and varied in 2005 and 2009.
